I recently ran across an article titled “5 things the scale won’t tell you” that I think should be plastered on every gym and fitness boutique wall, and every mirror in the women’s bathrooms to serve as a reminder that the scale is not the ultimate measure of health. I can’t tell you how many times as a personal trainer I heard complaints that clients were not seeing the results they wanted purely based upon the number of the scale.
