I love having snack bars on hand to grab and go during a busy day, and I especially love the many different fruit and nut flavors of KIND bars. However, to make my snacks more budget-friendly, I wanted to try to recreate one of my favorite flavor combinations, almond and apricot, at home. It was a success!
