Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup filtered water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse and drain the cashews.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. The key to luscious cashew cream is to blend a minute longer once you think the desired texture has been reached. The heat and speed of the blade continues to break down the nuts, resulting in a silky texture.
- Add more water as needed.
- Serve with fruit of choice.
