Do you struggle with what to get the healthy foodie in your family, or need some ideas for own Christmas wish list? I may be biased, but I believe we (the healthy foodies) are the easiest to shop for! I’m always adding things to my list of “wants”. The hardest part is waiting around patiently, instead of breaking down and purchasing things on my own!

I’ve put together a complete gift guide to work off of this holiday season. Some are items I already own and some are things on my own list this year. I’ve even broken it down into four categories: for the at-home chef, healthy gifts to stock the shelves, gifts for the fit and healthy foodie, and gifts for the entrepreneurial healthy foodie (my first Christmas being able to call myself that!!).
Are you or someone you love an avid home chef? My safe haven is my kitchen and I make sure it’s stocked with the essentials to cook up a healthy meal. Below are some of my favorite items from my wellness shop!
Glass Storage Containers (for meal prep day!). I’ve been encouraging my husband to take leftovers for lunch to save a few dollars and eat healthier. His one requirement? Glass containers, which I’m totally on board with! I just bought a set as I’m getting ready to give my pantry a makeover (more on this coming soon!) and I am obsessed.
Shop: Glass Storage Containers
Chef’s Knife. If there’s one tool that I absolutely can’t live without in my kitchen, it would be my chef’s knife. A high-quality, sharp knife is essential for being able to cut through that (hard as a rock) sweet potato or making perfect cuts when dicing an onion!
Shop: J.A. Henckels Chef Knife
Ceramic Pans. This is something that’s currently on my wish list. Okay, well maybe I got my collection started the other day at Home Goods with an 8” pan. Ceramic pans are all the rage lately for the health-conscious chef, as they are much safer than their nonstick Teflon counterparts.
Stock the Shelves
Have you ever dreamed of a stocking full of superfoods? Oh wait, is that just me? But seriously, how awesome would that be! Superfoods can quickly add up and stretch the budget (although you know me, I’m a huge proponent of investing in your health!), so any time one of these items is gifted to me, I’m in foodie heaven.
Motion Matcha Green Tea. If you’ve been around the blog lately, you know that I am obsessed with motion matcha (I even interviewed the creative geniuses behind the brand, here!). Ever since I discovered these fun-flavored packets, they go with me wherever I go, especially while traveling. Matcha green tea is a potent superfood and the delicious flavors make it enjoyable for even the matcha newbie!
Amazing Grass Green Superfoods. We all know the power of greens, but how many of us really get enough? I love the convenience of the amazing grass green superfoods and have them daily mixed with some coconut water, or take the individual packets with me while traveling and mix it in with my motion matcha! And have you seen the holiday flavors? I may or may not have made an impulse splurge on the chocolate peppermint, but I don’t regret it!
Four Sigmatic Superfood Blends. These superfood mushroom powders are definitely something I want to incorporate more frequently into my diet. I just picked up the Superfood Soups Cookbook (also a great gift!) and it reminded me of the health-boosting benefits of mushroom blends, from immune health, to a natural way to detox the body, to helping the body better deal with stress. Sign me up!
For the (Fit) Healthy Foodie
We all know that nutrition is just one component of health. Movement and exercise is just as important! Below are some of my favorite items to compliment my workouts, from a fun water bottle, to exercise cards that I can take anywhere and epsom salts for when I need a little extra R&R.
BKR Water Bottle. I know I don’t drink enough water throughout the day, which is why I always carry a water bottle, especially during my workouts. I have had this water bottle forever and I love it because it doesn’t sweat in my bag and I can put it in the dishwasher! Who has time to hand wash bottles?

Exercise Cards. These cards are like my secret tool in my toolbox. They are great to have on hand to pull out during movement breaks throughout the day (to combat the effects of too much sitting!), or to take with you while traveling to get in a full workout in the hotel room.
Epsom Salts. Do you ever crave a long bath after a stressful day or tough workout? We give new clients a little goody box filled with Epsom salts and they smell amazing! Epsom salts can help relieve stress and soothe achy muscles. Win win!
Shop: Epsoak Epsom Salt Bundle (sleep, muscle soak and original)
For the Entrepreneurial Healthy Foodie
This year has been a year of big changes over here, the biggest being stepping out into the entrepreneurial world! It’s been the most exciting, yet frightening journey and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. These gifts might not be quite what you expected, but they are what keep me going throughout the day.
Motivational Coffee Mug. You might laugh, but I’m being serious. My coffee mug is what gets me in the groove on Monday mornings. Yes, I’m a health coach and I drink coffee (lots of it!). I am becoming a coffee cup junkie, especially when it has a little motivational reminder that’s too good to pass up!
Deliciously Scented Candles. Again, it’s the little things! Any time I know I really need to get down to business and crank some writing out, I light a candle. It’s become my little ritual, if you will (even though I don’t really do rituals). I make some tea, light a candle and get going. It works like a charm! I love these rewind candles because they are made from repurposed wine glasses and natural soy. Plus, they smell amazing!

The Ultimate Planner. I really need to step up my planner game this year. I have heard about the infamous Day Designer Planner by Whitney English for a while now, and after a quick peek, I think this may be the one! Any entrepreneur will tell you that a good planner is the key to success. I love how this planner breaks up each day into goals, to-dos, reminders, etc. and even includes sections such as gratitude journaling and reminders for taking a time out for fun things!
