Want to feel a part of the party, but take a little break from alcohol? I’ve got a delicious green margarita mocktail (that you could totally turn into a cocktail) that will have you glowing from the inside out.
Pour it into a glass with a salted rim and I promise, you will feel plenty festive sipping on this refreshing drink, no alcohol required.

I recently took a poll on Instagram to ask you guys which kind of mocktail you would prefer – green margarita or sparkling green spritzer. The results were a close call.
I figured I would start with a green margarita mocktail first since cinco de mayo is right around the corner!

This glowing green margarita mocktail is made with a homemade green juice – with a twist. And as promised, no juicer required.

You might be wondering where this glowing green margarita mocktail gets its name. The green juice recipe is made of hydrating cucumber, dark leafy spinach that is full of antioxidants, and pineapple which is full of vitamin C to boost collagen production.
So what is the “twist”? Unlike my other blender green juices, this one is made with coconut water to create an even more refreshing mocktail.

Don’t worry – you don’t need a juicer to make this glowing green juice mocktail. All you need is a high-speed blender and preferably a nut milk bag (although cheese cloth would work okay).
Add everything to the blender, blend until smooth, and pour into a nut milk bag to strain. That’s it!
To really put this glowing green margarita mocktail over the top, salt the rim of your glass using a fresh lime wedge. I recommend using sea salt flakes for this.

If you wanted to make this drink your happy hour go-to, you could add 1-2 ounces of tequila or vodka to each glass before pouring the green juice. Now tell me you aren’t craving one of these glowing green margarita mocktails now?
