A few weeks ago, a friend and I attended an aerial yoga class and it was so much fun! I never would’ve thought to try a class like this until my friend suggested it and so I just went with it. This class transformed an ordinary day into one that left me feeling renewed and refreshed (kind of like when you take a vacation, although that’s a bit of a stretch). It got me thinking, what if I tried new things more often that pushed me past my comfort zone into a space of unknown? How would that impact my quality of life, energy level, or overall state-of-mind? I don’t have the answer but that one class left me wanting more. Read more, here.
