- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup filtered water (or more to thin)
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
