It’s no secret that I’m a fan of smoothie around here. They are the very thing that transformed my health and began to reshape how I viewed food.
The key to a healthy smoothie is knowing the right way to build your blend so that you get a balance of nutrients and can keep sugar (even from fruit) in check.

Thank you for this nice selection of recipes, Carly! All they are perfect, but I especially did like Super Green Avocado Smoothie. I made this a few days ago and it turned out absolutely delicious! My kids loved it!
