Smoothies are a fantastic way to start the day for lasting energy or to fuel up after a workout. If you’re new to the smoothie scene or are a smoothie pro and looking to get out of a rut, I’ve got 25 delicious and healthy smoothie recipes for you below!

It’s no secret that I’m a fan of smoothie around here. They are the very thing that transformed my health and began to reshape how I viewed food.

The key to a healthy smoothie is knowing the right way to build your blend so that you get a balance of nutrients and can keep sugar (even from fruit) in check.

Using the recipes below as inspiration, run them through my healthy formula to ensure a nutritious smoothie every time: ½ cup frozen fruit + protein + healthy fats + leafy greens + 1 cup unsweetened liquid.
