To be honest I'm not a big cook. I usually get a new cookbook and it sits on my shelf and looks pretty. Not with Simply Swapped! I made the enchiladas and they were amazing! After that, I was hooked. I've cooked more from her cookbook then any other cookbook I've ever owned. I also love that every recipe has a photo! Essential for a girl like me who likes a visual aid.
